Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 02 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
- A partial refund, where appropriate
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Perishable goods
- Opened or used beauty and personal care products
- Health and hygiene products
- Underwear, swimwear, earrings, and other hygiene-sensitive items once opened or worn
- Clearance or final sale items marked as Non-Returnable
- Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging, manuals, tags, or accessories
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 08 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
After your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10–20 business days, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product.
Return Shipping Costs

Shipping Delays
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and other local fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Late or Missing Refunds
