Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on selected products or qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active after shipment.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. As a result, you may receive your items in multiple packages on different dates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other local government fees.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

Prime Mart is not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Prime Mart is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier but subsequently lost or stolen after delivery.
